Pixeye

Consumer health data privacy policy

Effective 11 October 2026 · For residents of Washington, Nevada and other US states with consumer health data laws · Hinoro Studio, publisher of the Pixeye app

Consumer health data the app processes, and why

The Pixeye app processes this data on your phone only, to run the tests you start and show your results. Hinoro Studio never receives it.

Sources

You (your answers and drawings), and your phone's front camera and microphone during the tests that need them.

Sharing

None of the data above is shared with or sold to anyone, including us. The only data that leaves your phone is the record of a Pixeye Plus purchase, handled by RevenueCat, Inc. to check and restore the purchase; it never includes test results, face measurements or voice (see the privacy policy). When you share a score or a PDF report, you choose the recipient through your phone's share sheet.

Your rights

You can delete all your results in the app (Settings, "Delete all my results"), or by removing the app. You can withdraw consent to the camera or the microphone at any time in your phone's settings; the other tests still work. Since we hold none of this data, we have nothing to give access to, delete or stop sharing on our side, and we confirm it on request.

For any request, write to support@pixeye.app. We answer within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer; if we deny the appeal, you can contact the Attorney General of your state.
